Synthelt AI Inc. ("Synthelt", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with our platform, website and services. Synthelt is incorporated in Ontario, Canada, and complies with PIPEDA, GDPR, and other applicable privacy frameworks.
Customer project data is processed strictly to deliver the Service. We do not use customer project data, model contents, or specifications to train shared foundation models. Enterprise customers may opt into VPC-isolated processing where data never leaves a dedicated environment.
We share information only with: (a) sub-processors who provide infrastructure necessary to operate the Service under strict contractual obligations; (b) authorities where legally required; (c) advisors under confidentiality. We do not sell personal information.
Synthelt operates primarily in Canada. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards to ensure protection.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or to comply with legal obligations. Customer project data is retained according to the terms of your subscription.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, port or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may exercise these rights by contacting privacy@synthelt-ai.com.
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. The platform is SOC 2 Type II certified.

Our Service is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16.
